Migration Advice Profession and Regulation
The Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) regulates the migration advice profession in Australia. Migration agents operating in Australia are required by law to be registered with the MARA.
The following provides statistics on the migration advice profession, including the number of agents registered and the percentage of visa applications lodged by agents.
