Lodging an application at the Melbourne or Dandenong Client Services Office
Migration Agents are strongly encouraged to make an appointment to lodge applications for Tourist visas, Medical Treatment Visas, Resident Return visas and Partner visas and to have visas evidenced.
Both Melbourne and Dandenong offices have increased the number of migration agent appointments available to provide a more streamlined service with shorter waiting times for all clients. Migration Agents with an appointment will be given priority.
Note: Migration Agents without an appointment will not be given priority. They will be served according to daily work priorities and may experience lengthy waits.
