How do I notify the department about changes to my address?

If you need to advise the department of any change in your contact details for the purpose of individual visa applications, you must notify the relevant case officer in relation to each individual application.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) registered agents are required to inform the MARA of changes to their contact details. An updated version of the Register of Migration Agents is sent to the department daily. However, this does not update the address details for any outstanding applications the agent has responsibility for. To do this, the agent must follow the instructions outlined above.

How do I notify the department about changes to my client's address?

If your client changes their residential address for more than 14 days while their application is being processed, you must notify the relevant case officer of your client's new address and how long they will be there.

How do I update my address details for the eVisa system?

If you use a logon ID and password to access eVisa services and you want to update your eVisa user details, please use the online form.
