If you are having a problem lodging eVisa applications, you can find help on the information pages that precede the eVisa application, including an e-mail address for the relevant helpdesk. If you use a logon ID and password to access eVisa applications you may also find help in the User Manual.
Improvements to the eVisa system are made on a regular basis. These updates may require a planned system outage. During this time the eVisa system will be unavailable for use.
