eVisa Access for Education Agents Outside Australia
Education agents working in the People's Republic of China, India, Indonesia and Thailand may register for access to:
- Assessment Level (AL) 2-4 Student eVisa Trial
For application forms to access the eVisa facility as an offshore Education Agent, you will need to contact your nearest Australian Immigration office.

Note: Education agents in the Trial countries will be contacted by departmental staff based in these countries as the trial is expanded.
eVisa Agreement for Education Agents
Education agents who participate in the AL2-4 Student eVisa Trial enter an agreement with the department, which outlines the responsibilities of the education agents and the terms and conditions of use of the eVisa facility for the AL2-4 Student eVisa Trial.
A copy of the Agreement to Lodge eVisa Applications (Offshore Users), Code of Conduct for Offshore Users and the Attachment B Agreement to Lodge eVisa Applications (Offshore Users) Student eVisa is available on request from your nearest Australian Immigration office.
