Note: Due to high levels of demand, there are delays of approximately 8–10 weeks for the establishment of new accounts. Applications are processed in order of receipt. As an interim measure, you can use the department's online application facility. This facility allows members of the public, including migration agents, to lodge applications for a range of visa subclasses without requiring a formal logon. It is located on the department's website.
