Student eVisa Access for Education Agents and Registered Migration Agents Operating from Outside Australia

Education Agents in the People's Republic of China, India, Indonesia and Thailand may apply for access to the Offshore Student Assessment Level 2–4 eVisa lodgement facility.

Registered Migration Agents operating primarily or solely from the People's Republic of China, India, Indonesia and Thailand may also apply for access to the Student eVisa facility.

For details on the registration process to access the eVisa facility as an offshore education agent, or a registered migration agent operating solely in one of the four Student eVisa countries, you will need to contact your nearest Australian Immigration office.

Note: Access to Student eVisa for education agents in the countries that currently have access to the offshore eVisa facility will be managed by departmental staff based in these countries.

Deed of Agreement for Agents seeking access to the Student eVisa lodgement facility

All agents who seek to enter an agreement with the department to access the offshore Student Assessment Level 2–4 eVisa lodgement facility must meet the requirements for access outlined in the Deed of Agreement. The Agreement outlines the responsibilities of agents and the terms and conditions of use of the eVisa lodgement facility.
