In December 2008, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) will have a refreshed website with a new look and easier access to our online services.
Our new look
The department is continually looking to enhance and improve the way clients interact with us online. In December our website will be refreshed with a new look, clearer and easier navigation and greater accessibility to information and online services. The highlights of the refreshed website will include:
- a refreshed design with a new look
- easy to locate online tools and services including the Visa Wizard, Citizenship Wizard, eVisitor and eVisa
- new navigation with additional drop down menus to quickly find information
- a new ‘promotions area’ for upcoming events
- a ‘Popular links’ menu to the most commonly accessed immigration information
- easy to use features such as ‘bookmark this page’ and ‘print page’.
