Working Holiday and Work and Holiday visa label requirements
If you are granted an online Working Holiday visa (Subclass 417) or Work and Holiday visa (Subclass 462), you do not need a visa label in your passport. Instead, you will be sent notification of the grant of your visa via your nominated postal or email address. Please keep this notification as it describes the conditions that apply to your visa.
If you want a visa label in your passport you have two options:
-
if you arrive at Sydney Airport, you can have your visa label printed before you leave the airport. When your passport is stamped on entry ask for directions to the visa label desk
-
if you arrive at any other Australian airport you can go to any office of the department to have your visa label printed.
