System Outage, Maintenance and Technical Issues

System outage

To allow us to continually improve our systems, online services and products there will be a 5 hour system outage on Saturday 21 November 2009 from 5 am to 10 am AEDT (GMT + 11).
During this time the eLodgement (eVisa and Citizenship) system will not be available.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Planned system maintenance
To allow us to continually improve our systems, online services and products, there will be planned system maintenance on the following days:
Wednesdays
Every Wednesday from 6 am to 8 am AEDT (GMT + 11).
The following systems may become unavailable during the above times:
- eLodgement (eVisa and Citizenship)
- Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO)
- LEGENDcom.
Should you receive a 'Server 500' error message during this time you are encouraged to try again after 8 am (GMT + 11).
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
