LEGENDcom system outage

To allow us to continually improve our systems there will be a LEGENDcom system outage on Monday 6 July 2009 from 3.00 am to 7.00 am AEST (GMT + 10).

During this time the LEGENDcom system will not be available.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Page navigation error

Some clients are currently experiencing a page navigation error when completing the first page of their eVisa application. In some instances this may be due to clients using Internet Explorer version 8.

We recommend using Internet Explorer version 6 or below. Additional information on supported browsers is available.

Scheduled maintenance

To improve our systems, e-Lodgement (e-Visa and Citizenship) and LEGENDcom may become unavailable during scheduled system maintenance on:

• Wednesdays from 6.00 am to 8.00 am AEST (GMT + 10).
