About online applications
Online applications can be made using a computer with an Internet connection.
To apply online, your browser must support 128 bit encryption. You can check your browser if you experience problems connecting to these services.

Start an e457 application
For lawfully operating Australian businesses sponsoring temporary overseas employees, and people applying to be sponsored by an Australian business.
- Sponsorship Application
- Nomination Application
- Visa Application
- Application for a secondary visa applicant (Family member or interdependent partner of a 457 visa holder)
Complete an e457 application
- Continue a saved application
Note: You will need to use your Saved Application ID and password - Lodge and pay for one or more applications
- Attaching Documents to a 457 Visa Application
- Attaching Documents to a Sponsorship Application
Note: There is no option available for attaching documents to a Nomination Application. You may write or paste information into the free text column available within Nomination Applications. - Download health forms (If required)
- Download dependant authorisation form
- Download Regional Certification form (If required)
