About online applications
Online applications can be made using a computer with an Internet connection.
To apply online, your browser must support 128 bit encryption. You can check your browser if you experience problems connecting to these services.

Enhancements to e457 applications
Effective from 9 August 2008, enhancement to the e457 online application forms will be introduced.

For lawfully operating Australian businesses sponsoring temporary overseas employees, and people applying to be sponsored by an Australian business.
Note: The department opened the new Centres of Excellence to improve client services by reducing processing times.
