Attaching documents to an eVisa application

You can attach documents to a lodged online application. Applications requiring documents to be attached are Employer Sponsored Workers, Professional and other Skilled Workers, Students, Tourists and Working Holiday.

Check the progress of an application

You can access information about the progress of your online application at any time following lodgement. You will need to use your unique Transaction Reference Number (TRN) to do this.

Citizenship

A Maritime Crew visa is required by foreign crew of non-military ships visiting Australia.

For people to visit Australia for holiday, sightseeing, social or recreational reasons, to visit relatives, friends or for other short-term non-work purpose.

For registered Australian organisations to check a person's Australian immigration status and where eVisa holders can also check their own visa details.

Working Holiday

The Working Holiday Program encourages cultural exchange and closer ties between arrangement countries by allowing young people to have an extended holiday supplemented by incidental employment – with special focus on Regional Australia.
