Partner Visa Lodgement and Processing Arrangement in Australia

The department has recently made changes to the processing arrangements for Partner visa applications lodged in Australia. These changes have impacts on:
- Partner (Temporary) visa (subclass 820)
- Partner (Permanent) visa (subclass 801)
- Partner (Permanent) visa (subclass 100)
Lodgement and processing locations
The following table details where new applications for each Partner visa subclass should be lodged and is processed.

All Partner (Temporary) visa applications lodged, at an office not listed above, before change in processing location occurred have been transferred to the relevant Partner (Temporary) Processing Centre. All un-finalised Partner (Permanent) visa applications have also been transferred to the relevant Partner (Permanent) Processing Centre.
Note: Applications for Partner (Temporary) (subclass 820) visa may still be lodged at any departmental office in Australia and will be transferred to the relevant processing centre.
