Permanent Entry Visas

Permanent entry visa applications (except general skilled, business skills and parent subclasses) from Serbia, Montenegro, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Romania are lodged and decided in Belgrade. Belgrade also receives applications from Republika Srpska in Bosnia - Herzegovina.

General skilled migration applications are lodged and processed at the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre.

Temporary Entry Visas

Citizens of Romania who are travelling to Australia for up to three (3) months for tourism or business purposes are eligible to apply online for eVisitors.

416 Special Program applications are lodged and processed at the Hobart Special Program Processing Centre.

From 2 April 2005, Sponsored Family Visitor visa (subclass 679) applications must be lodged by the sponsor at a State or Territory office within Australia.

If you are sponsored by an Australian employer for a Temporary Business (Long Stay) – Standard Business Sponsorship (Subclass 457), you must lodge your visa application at the same office in Australia where your employer lodged papers to support your application. Special Procedures

Belgrade no longer processes applications from Albanians living in Albania or Kosovo. These are lodged at, and decided by the Australian Embassy in Athens.
