Special procedures
Most applicants from areas outside Beirut use messengers/agents to lodge applications and to collect decisions/passports. If you choose to lodge in person, then it is recommended that you complete a Libanpost (courier) consignment note with your full details for Libanpost to deliver your visa decision to your nominated address. This service is on a cash-on-delivery basis and you will be charged a small fee per application/family group.
