If you are sponsored by an Australian employer for a Subclass 457 Business (Long Stay) visa, you may lodge your visa application online or at an Australia office of the department. If you are sponsored by an overseas business, you can lodge your visa application with the Australia Immigration Office responsible for applications in your country.

Special Procedures
It is noted that applicants from the West Bank and the Gaza Strip may find it difficult to travel to Tel Aviv to obtain visa, immigration and citizenship services. All applications may be obtained and lodged by mail, courier or travel agents. If an interview is required after the lodgement of the application, the Embassy will make the necessary arrangements to conduct the interview. The Embassy encourages all its clients in the West Bank/Gaza Strip and Israel to conduct their business with the Embassy by mail, courier, travel agents and internet.
