Student visas
Student visa applications from mainland PRC citizens are lodged, processed and decided at the Adelaide Offshore Processing centre.

Temporary Entry visas
Business Short-stay (subclass 456) from the following provinces are lodged, processed and decided in Beijing: Beijing, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Henan, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang and Tibet.

Applications from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi and Hubei provinces are lodged, processed and decided at the Australian Consulate General Visa Office in Shanghai.
