Temporary Entry visas

Tourist visas from Beijing municipality, Tianjin and Hebei provinces are lodged, processed and decided by the Australian Embassy in Beijing.

Tourist visas from the following provinces are lodged, processed and decided by the Guangzhou Visa Office: Guangdong, Fujian, Hunan, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hainan.

Business Short-stay (subclass 456) from the following provinces are lodged, processed and decided in Beijing: Beijing, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Henan, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang and Tibet.

Non mainland PRC citizens should apply for Temporary Business short-stay visas subclass 456 at the nearest departmental office.

Applications from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi and Hubei provinces are lodged, processed and decided at the Australian Consulate General Visa Office in Shanghai.
