9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm Sunday to Thursday (AVAC) Information, form collection and additional documents submission

9 am to 12 noon and 2 pm to 4 pm Sunday to Thursday (AVAC) Application lodgement

4 pm to 5 pm Sunday to Thursday (AVAC) Passport and document collection

8.30 am to 11 am Thursday only (Australian Visa Office)
