Planned system maintenance

To allow us to continually improve our systems, online services and products there will be a system outage on the following days.

Second Monday of every month

From 3 am to 7 am AEDT (GMT + 11).

Third Friday of every month

From 7 pm to 10 pm AEDT (GMT + 11).

The online feedback service will be unavailable during these times.

Should you receive an error message, please try again after the advertised planned system maintenance.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
