System outage

To accomodate hardware changes and a software upgrade an outage of a number of our ebusiness systems will commence at 8.30 am AEDT (GMT + 11), Sunday 15 November 2009.
All ebusiness services are expected to be restored at 5.30 pm AEDT (GMT +11).
Planned system maintenance
To allow us to continually improve our systems, online services and products there will be a system outage on the second Monday of every month from 3.00 am to 7.00 am AEDT (GMT + 11).
The online feedback service will be unavailable during this time. Should you receive an error message, please try again after 7.00 am AEDT.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Your compliments, complaints and suggestions are valuable to us and will help us to provide better products and services.
Technical issues
There are no known technical issues affecting the performance and availability of the Compliments and Complaints webpage.
