Visas processed

Partner (Permanent) (subclass 801) visa applicants who were granted a Partner (Temporary) (subclass 820) visa and who:

  • lodged their Partner (subclasses 820 and 801) visa application on or after 1 October 2006
  • are eligible to be assessed for the Partner (Permanent) (subclass 801) visa (usually two years after application lodgement).

Interdependency (Permanent) (subclass 814) visa applicants who were granted a Interdependency (Temporary) (subclass 826) visa and who:

  • lodged their Interdependency (subclass 826 and 814) visa application on or after 1 October 2006
  • are eligible to be assessed for the Partner (Permanent) (subclass 801) visa (usually two years after application lodgement).
