Permanent Partner (subclass 100) visa applicants who were granted a temporary Partner (subclass 309) visa and who:
- lodged their Partner (subclasses 309 and 100) visa application on or after 1 July 2009
- are eligible to be assessed for the permanent Partner (subclass 100) visa (usually two years after application lodgement)
Permanent Spouse (subclass 100) visa applicants who were granted a temporary Spouse (subclass 309) visa and who:
- lodged their Spouse (subclass 309 and 100) visa application on or after 1 October 2006 and prior to 1 July 2009
- are eligible to be assessed for the permanent Spouse (subclass 100) visa (usually two years after application lodgement
Permanent Interdependency (subclass 110) visa applicants who were granted a temporary Interdependency (subclass 310) visa and who:
- lodged their Interdependency (subclasses 310 and 110) visa application on or after 1 October 2006 and prior to 1 July 2009
- are eligible to be assessed for the permanent Spouse (subclass 100) visa (usually two years after application lodgement)
