Parramatta Office

The Parramatta Office will be undergoing renovations from Friday 3 May 2013 to Monday 24 June 2013. During this time, no appointments will be available in Client Services Parramatta and there will be limited access to the counters. You are encouraged to lodge your applications online or via post.

NSW Citizenship has also moved to an appointment only model.

• Clients will not be seen without an appointment.
• If you require information regarding lodging a citizenship application you should refer to the website. You are encouraged to lodge your applications online or via post.
• If your enquiry relates to an ongoing application you should contact the service centre for resolution.

If you believe you need to attend an office please telephone the department beforehand. You may find you do not need to visit an office in person.
