Renewing a Subscription

Will I receive a reminder to renew my subscription?

Four weeks before your LEGENDcom subscription expires, a renewal reminder notice will start to appear each time you logon to LEGENDcom.

If your subscription has not yet expired you are given the option to:

  • Renew now - takes you into the subscription service
    or
  • Go to LEGENDcom - takes you into the product.

Note: If you choose to 'Renew now' your new subscription will start the day after your existing one expires. You will keep the same Logon ID and password.

If your subscription has expired you will need to renew it before you can access the product.

If the message, ‘You do not have a current active account for LEGENDcom’ appears when you attempt to access LEGENDcom, please contact the Help Desk to arrange access to your account so that you can renew your subscription.

How do I renew my subscription?

To renew your subscription to LEGENDcom follow the steps outlined in the table below.

Go to the LEGENDcom subscription renewal service by logging into the product using your existing Logon ID and password.

When the renewal reminder notice opens, select 'Renew now'.

Read the Terms and Conditions carefully and if you wish to continue select 'I agree'. The details of your existing subscription will be displayed.

Update your contact details if required and select whether you wish to purchase any additional online and/or DVD licences.

Select whether you would like to pay online by credit card or offline. More information about these options is available.

If you selected to pay online, enter your credit card details and click once on the 'Submit' button.
Result: A receipt will be displayed. Please print this for your records.

If you selected to pay offline, click once on the 'Submit' button to lodge your subscription.
Result: An acknowledgement will be displayed. Please print this for your records. Your access to LEGENDcom will continue uninterrupted. You will be sent a tax invoice and will then have 30 days to pay. Should you fail to pay within this period your LEGENDcom subscription may be suspended pending payment.
Note: Please do not send payment until you have been invoiced.
