The Humanitarian Entrants Management System (HEMS) is an online system to assist contracted IHSS service providers settle refugee and humantiarian entrants in Australia.
Access to HEMS
Access to HEMS is restricted to authorised users. Users must have a valid Logon ID and password to access HEMS.

You can download and complete an application form to access HEMS if you are a contracted IHSS service provider.

The HEMS help desk will be staffed Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm AEST. If you have a query outside these business hours, you can contact the HEMS help desk and leave a message. Your telephone call will be returned as soon as possible on the next working day.
Note: The help desk is located in Canberra and is closed on public and local holidays.
