The Humanitarian Entrants Management System (HEMS) is an online system that helps contracted Humanitarian Settlement Services (HSS) providers settle refugee and humanitarian entrants in Australia.

Access to HEMS

Access to HEMS is restricted to authorised users. Users must have a valid Logon ID and password to access HEMS.

Application forms to access HEMS

You can download and complete an application form to access HEMS if you are a Humanitarian Settlement Services provider.

The HEMS help desk can be contacted between Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm AEST. If you have a query outside these business hours, you can contact the HEMS help desk and leave a message. Your telephone call will be returned as soon as possible on the next working day.
Note: The help desk is located in Canberra and is closed on public and local holidays.
