Skill level

Skills assessment authority

Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS)

The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) is the regulatory body of the profession. It is also responsible for qualifications assessment for the purpose of migration.

Migration asessments are based on the applicant's eligibility for AIQS Probationer membership. Applicants whose qualifications would allow them to enter the AIQS as a Probationer will be classified as 'Suitable' and be entitled to the full 60 points under the skilled Migration Category.
