Australian Institute of Management (AIM)
The Australian Institute of Management (AIM) is Australia's largest professional body for managers, and is recognised as the voice of management in this country. The Institute is best known as Australia's largest private provider of management training and consultancy services.
For the purposes of migration, guidelines have been established setting out the level of qualifications, training and work experience for a manager assessed by AIM. To satisfy these requirements applicants must have held a senior management position for a minimum of five years.
