Retirement Visa Charges
All fees and charges are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). If you are lodging outside Australia, payment must be in the currency accepted by the Australian High Commission, Embassy or Consulate, where the application is being lodged.

The Visa Application Charge must accompany your application and is generally not refunded if the application is unsuccessful.
Important: Visa Application Charges are reviewed on 1 July each year, which may increase the cost of a visa, however they may be adjusted at any time.
Retirement visa (subclass 410)
For existing Retirement visa holders

The 2nd Visa Application Charge is payable prior to the grant of the Investor Retirement visa. It will be requested by the case officer when payment is required.
Note: This charge is payable prior to each grant (including each time the visa is renewed).
