Terms of reference
The Western Australian Client Reference Group will:
- As an external group representative of our clients, provide advice and comment on the quality and appropriateness of the department’s service delivery in Western Australia and within the department's wider network of services.
- Work with the department to deliver on 'people our business' by helping to ensure that the department:
- is open and accountable
- is fair and reasonable in its dealings with clients
- has well trained and supported staff.
- Contribute to the development of alternative or improved models of service delivery.
- Provide a forum for networking opportunities.
- Promote a collaborative approach to improving client relationships.
- Not be a forum for the discussion of individual cases.
