Terms of reference
The Client Reference Group for Queensland will:
- As an external representative group, provide advice and comment on the quality and appropriateness of the department's service delivery both in Queensland and within the department's global network of services.
- Work with us to ensure that we are:
- open and accountable
- fair and reasonable in our dealings with clients
- have well trained and supported staff.
- Examine the development of alternative models of service delivery and provide comment especially in relation to client service initiatives.
- Not be a forum for the discussion of individual cases.
- Provide an opportunity for members to raise concerns regarding the department's policy and procedures.
