The Tourist Visa Advisory Group is a forum for the department and the tourism industry to share information on visa initiatives, seek feedback and input on performance and policy developments and discuss emerging issues.
Statement of intent
TVAG aims to provide a forum for:
- participants to discuss matters relating to tourist visas and broader immigration and tourism policy
- participants to discuss emerging issues and trends in the tourism market
- participants to discuss developments in tourism and immigration policy and operational initiatives
- the provision of information and keeping industry well informed.
