The Annual Address on Immigration and Citizenship at the Museum of Australian Democracy, Old Parliament House featured guest speaker, Hieu Van Le AO, South Australia’s Lieutenant Governor who arrived in Darwin Harbour in 1977 as one of the first ‘boat people’ fleeing Vietnam.
