Objective
To provide an effective, independent, external merits review of decisions concerning onshore applicants for refugee status.
Description
The Refugee Review Tribunal provides its own annual report to the Parliament through the Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs. Details of its performance can be found in that report.
