Sub-program 7.2: Refugee Review Tribunal (RRT)
Objective
To provide an effective, independent, external merits review of decisions concerning onshore applicants for refugee status.
Description
The RRT provides its own annual report to the Parliament through the Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs. Details about its performance may be found in that report.
