The Australian Government aims to achieve fairer and more accessible government services and programmes through its Accessible Government Services for All strategy.
Below is the 2006 report which includes the Accessible Government Services for All framework to assist Australian Government departments and agencies on the planning, delivery and evaluation of services, plus examples of responsive government services.
