The ICT Strategic Plan 2009-12

The Information Communication Technology (ICT) Strategic Plan 2009-12 sets the direction for how ICT will work with other areas of the business to support end-to-end business processes within the department.

The ICT Strategic Plan is broadly informed by the whole of government environment, including the findings of Sir Peter Gershon, who undertook a review of the use of ICT in Australian government departments in 2008.

The plan will be regularly reviewed to ensure it continues to remain both valid and progressive over the next three years.
