The Strategic Plan 2011–12

The Strategic Plan 2011–12 was launched by the Secretary on 1 July 2011.

The plan provides strategic guidance for the next 12 months. It is the basis of our departmental business planning, and it influences how we work with each other, our stakeholders and the community.

Feedback from departmental staff and key stakeholders has been used to strengthen the plan and improve its clarity and format.
