We provide a wide range of information and services in a variety of ways. We have offices in all capital cities (and some regional offices) in Australia and representation in over 69 countries.

You may be able to apply online for many types of visas, for Australian citizenship, and other services using our eVisa and eCitizenship online services.

Our staff can provide you with general information about our products and services or tell you where to find it and assist you to make an appointment to lodge an application or other required services.

If you wish, you may bring a person with you to your appointment.
