Clients using Internet Explorer (IE) 8
Clients using Internet Explorer (IE) 8 as their internet browser are receiving an error message when they are attempting to download PDF files for Entitlement Checks from the Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) system. This also applies to audio files when used as a part of the forgotten username or password process.
You are encouraged to use an alternative browser, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or a later version of IE if they are experiencing this problem.
Downloading PDFs in VEVO
Clients trying to download VEVO Entitlement Checks might be impacted by an additional issue. Users might continue to get a 'loading' message when they return to the 'Entitlement details' screen after using the 'View as PDF' function. When this occurs, users have not been able to proceed through the process.
If you are experiencing this problem, please refresh your screen and click OK when asked 'Do you want to re-load the form'.
